Tickets: Useful Information
All tickets purchased on line with months to go until an event will be posted direct to your 'payments' address (unless otherwise stated) at least two weeks prior to gig. Tickets purchased in the same way with weeks to go will be posted as soon as possible. Tickets purchased in the same way with just one week to go prior to gig will be available to collect on the door on the event night. Tickets purchased with a 'collect on the door on the night' agreement will not be eligible for a refund if the person/persons do not attend. In the unlikely event of a cancellation of an event you will be notified via your email attached to your payment method, and a full refund given. (Unless otherwise stated) If you are buying tickets direct from our reception please ensure you leave us contact details so we can update you of any changes. Please always check your junk mail as if we haven't corresponded with you via email in the past there is a chance it will fall in to your junk box.
